Munich: white sausages and juicy beers homeland

Munich is the third biggest city in Germany, Bavaria’s capital beside of it among the most prosperous cities it has a noble place in Europe. The most important economic sector is the tourism.

People like to live here the most from german citizens. Not without a reason: it is lies almost at the beginning of the Alps, lots of smaller-bigger lakes offers a good oportunity for relaxation around the neighborhood, make a living is not expensive and the cultural life is alive. The sights and the shopping opportunities in the city attract lots of tourists and commercial travellers although there are some people who visit the city because of medical treatments.

Marienplatz with an outstanding beauty with lots of interesting sights are waiting for the inquisitive people just like as the Pinakothek Museum, the Deutsches Museum, the English Garden (Englischer Garten), the botanic garden. For those who visit it is definitely worth to go to the BMW Museum and the Allianz Arena (Bayern Munich). The new Rathaus, the Schloss Nymphenburg, the Starnberger and of course the pubs, beer gardens, beer halls, the Augustinerkeller cellar brewery, the popular Schwabing district, the Isarvorstadt district with their cafes, the gothic Frauenkirche, Viktualienmarkt (producer market) are also unmissable in Munich.

What we have to eat definitely?

White sausage was invented in Munich 1857 which became the most famous local speciality. Also common food is Leberkas which mostly looks like fried parizer, the Brezn which is called in hungarian salted pretzel and the naturally juicy Munich beer. If we are in Munich definitely have to try all of the local beers: Augustiner Brau, Hacker-Pschorr, Hofbrau, Lowenbrau, Paulaner.
